The copulatheque
The copulatheque is a shiny app that illustrates the potential to model dependence of any data set. The app uses the copula families implemented in the R packages copula and VineCopula.
Spatio-temporal variogram families
A single empirical spatio-temporal variogram can be modelled through different variogram families. This shiny app allows to interactively explore the fits of different variogram families to an empirical variogram. The app is based on real data using the DE_RB_2005 data set from the gstat package.
Spatio-temporal variogram parameter exploration
Different spatio-temporal covariance models react differently to their variogram parameters. This shiny app allows to interactively explore these models in gstat.
